Return Policy

Please email within 24hrs after delivery of your order and will email you a return label.

If customer contacts after 24hrs of delivery, will not email return label and will not accept return.

Returns are for U.S. domestic orders only.

No returns for International Orders.

Returns are for store credit only, no refunds, no exchanges.

There is no return policy extension for birthdays, holidays, and/or customer on vacation.


When Purrr receives your return order, a store credit code will be emailed to you.

Store credit is one time use per customer.

The store credit is the total amount of your purchase, minus 20% handling fee.

At checkout enter the store credit code in the "Discount" section and apply.


Return items must be unwashed and unworn.

If return items are worn, and/or washed, and/or stained, return will be invalid, and shipped back to owner at owners expense.


Return label can not be printed after 24hrs.

If customer can not print return label, email and another label will be emailed to you.

If after 2 attempts, customer fails to mail return package because of expired return label, customer must pay for postage to ship return package to



Missing, Damaged, Wrong Items Policy

If your order is missing items, has damaged items, or has wrong items, please email within 24hrs of delivery.

Missing items in your order will be reviewed in our shipping system. If we find an error in order fulfillment, will ship your missing item as soon as possible.

Damaged or Wrong items must be shipped back to

We will email you a return label to ship back the damaged or wrong item.

Once we receive confirmation the damaged or wrong item has been shipped, will ship a new or correct item to you as soon as possible.


Canceled Order Policy

There is a $10.00 restocking fee for Domestic and International canceled orders.

Remaining balance will be refunded.
